The Greater Atlantic Beach Water Reclamation District (GABWRD) proposes to install a complete and turnkey Solar Photovoltaic System. SEE SPECIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW:

The Solar Photovoltaic Project of the above District requires Bidders to furnish a roof-mount 19-20kW solar photovoltaic array including solar panels, inverter, and flat or not to exceed 10 degrees solar panel racking system on top of the designated garage roof at 2150 Bay Blvd. Also the following is required: installing the inverter, required electrical protection devices, and enclosure adjacent to the array; installing conduit and wiring from the array to the main switchgear; installing the electric net meter and other necessary appurtenances; installing a data acquisition system and displays at the Waste Water Sewer Treatment Plant and coordinating interconnection activities with the local utility companies. The Bidder shall, prior to the commencement of the project work, make application for any credits or rebates from the power/utility companies which shall be credited to the above District.

The Contractor/Bidder shall present and deliver to the District, with its sealed bid, a proposed standard and customary Agreement/Contract covering the project.

The Contractor/Bidder at is sole expense, shall procure and maintain such policies of commercial comprehensive general liability, and such other insurance as shall be necessary, including workers compensation coverage, naming The Greater Atlantic Beach Water Reclamation District as an additional insured against any claim for liability, personal injury, and/or death occasioned directly or indirectly by the Contractor in connection with the performance of its responsibilities under this agreement. Each such policy shall provide a minimum coverage of One Million ($1,000,000.00) dollars in the event of injury or death to one person and Two Million ($2,000,000.00) dollars in the event of injury or death to more than one person as a result to the same incident. Upon the execution of the Agreement the Contractor will supply the District with a copy of said Policies and Certificates of Insurance, naming the District as an additional insured.
